The Bespoke GA Experience takes place at our exclusive Atelier at Via G. Verdi 2 in Milan. Here, you will have the opportunity to meet Master Gianni Accardi in person.  

The process begins with your consultation during the Bespoke GA Experience. Here, we will discuss your preferences and choose fabrics. Subsequently, Master Gianni Accardi will personally take your measurements and begin creating your exclusive garment.

Delivery times vary depending on the requested garment. They can range from 1 day to 7 business days, ensuringrapid and high-quality production.

Once your Bespoke garment is completed, you can choose to pick it up directly at our tailor shop in Via G. Verdi 2 in Milan. Alternatively, we also offer a shipping service: for deliveries in Italy, we use DHL, while for international shipments, we entrust our garments to FedEx. This ensures that your Gianni Accardi outfit arrives in impeccable condition, wherever you are.

Yes, every garment we ship to our clients is fully insured during transit. This means that in the rare event of any damages or loss during shipping, the client will be protected. Our priority is to ensure that each garment arrives in perfect condition, thus providing peace of mind and security to our clients. 

Yes, we offer repair and alteration services. For Gianni Accardi tailor-made garments, repairs are available, but tailoring adjustments are generally not needed as each piece is custom-made for the client. For prêt-à-porter outfits purchased at our atelier, tailoring alterations and repairs are subject to an additional cost. In both cases, whether it's a tailor-made or prêt-à-porter garment, if damage occurs, repairs are available as a paid service.

Our styling consultation, part of the Custom GA Experience, is available exclusively at our tailor shop in Via G. Verdi 2 in Milan. This ensures the exclusivity and quality of our service, offering clients a personalized and direct experience. 

We will provide detailed advice on how to care for and maintain your custom-made outfits at the time of purchase. This includes instructions on washing, storage, and periodic maintenance to ensure the longevity and beauty of the garment.

We collaborate with renowned suppliers like Loro Piana for the finest wools and with master craftsmen of Como silks, in addition to other excellent suppliers.
